I still have the problem in a particular situation, and I don't know how to avoid it:
When the program installer of our application is run, the User Access Control (UAC) is asking for permission. If the user accepts, SpokesRT is installed and PlantronicsURE is started, at the end of the installation our application is started by the installer program. In that particular situation, SpokesWrapper.Connect will not work.
I have checked the process list, both PlantronicsURE and our application process have the same username. The only difference I can notice, is in the column "UAC virtualization":
1. After installation, the UACV of PlantronicsURE is empty, the UACV of our application process is empty as well -> the Connect does NOT work.
2. After a second start of the application, the UACV of PlantronicsURE is empty, the UACV of our application process is disabled -> the Connect does NOT work.
3. After manually killing the PlantronicsURE process and starting the application, the UACV of PlantronicsURE is enabled, the UACV of our application process is disabled -> the Connect DOES work!
Any help is welcome!
