The Savi 700 does not support the "Incoming Caller ID" API.  The "Incoming Caller ID"  API is supported by the Voyager Legend UC, The Calisto 620, Blackwire 700 and the Voyager Pro UC only.  For a complete list of APIs that the Savi 700 supports, (and a list of technical docs) check this link in our Products section Savi 700 Series
