My customer has been using the Softphone integration with Spokes for a while now, thank you so much for all the help previously.
I having to return to the development because of some issues with them trying to set the PC and the headset to both 'ring' on an incoming call.
They deploy spokes onto the customers desktops using the PlatronicsSetup.exe which gives then them Spokes , but also the control panel that lets them fiddle with the ring options. I have been installing Spokes using the Development install, but I don't get the control panel.
To make things worse, I decided it was probably a good idea to upgrade to 3.0 , but the setup file they used deploys version 2.8 of spokes. Therefore I cannot run this on my development machine. ( fails with newer version installed)
So I am confused..
1) How do I get the control panel options on my Development machine so I can fiddle with the different options?
2) How would the customer update their install to update the control panel and Spokes.
I've been hunting the Plantonic web sites but have not been able to find a version 3 example of the PlatronicsSetup.exe
