Very new to all this.
We have a client that needs to answer a call when not at their desk on a PC based application (MItel Business Console). The trouble being that you answer the call on the PC by pressing the return/enter key. We need to the headset to be able to do this for the user when they go off hook on the headset.
Can anyone give me a clue on where to start with this and what software is needed on the client PC.
