Hi,
If you would like to check if there is a firmware update of the Voyager Legend, connect it with the USB cable to the PC, and visit http://www.plantronics.com/uk/support/myheadset/updater/
Choose Voyager Legend in the selection list and follow the instructions.
This will allow you to change settings in the headset and if there is an update available it will offer you the updated firmware.
