230 is the older Voyager series probably similar to what you have already got. 235 is the newer Legend series. For more detail discussions on the functions and features, you should contact Plantronics sales or support. They are more knowledgeable in those terms, and this is also beyond the scope of PDC which is more software focused for developers.
