SpokesSDKRuntime.msi v3.6 does not installs spokes.dll

I am using sdk 3.6 and as I know SpokesSDKRuntime.msi should install "spokes.dll" also.  However on installation only 4 components are installed.

1. DFUEngine.dll
2. PLTHub.exe
3. pltlog4cpp.dll
4. ring.raw

There is no spokes.dll, therefore I am not able to use spokeswrapper.cs.

I hope my assumption is correct that for spokeswrapper.cs will required spokes.dll and SpokesSDKRuntime.msi should install spokes.dll.
