In the current Plantronics SDK v3.x there is no longer a programmatic way to enumerate and attach to a specific device where there are more than one.
This functionality used to be available in our now-deprecated Device Manager SDK.
Management of which is the primary device must now be done manually using Plantronics Hub software to choose the primary device. This will result in the SDK attaching to that chosen device for call control.
To your other point the DevicePath whilst known internally to the SDK is not currently exposed via ICOMDevice or other COM interfaces.
