Hi Julio,
If you you getting events back after you type the muteon command, that meant Spokes sent the muteon command to the device and the device responded correctly with the event. If however you did not find your device muted, it may be something with your device. Here is my suggestion:
1. Go to
http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/myheadset/updater/
and update your device as well as the blue tooth dongle to the latest firmware and try again.
2 If muteon is still not working please run the test again with a fresh log and send me the log file for further analysis.
