Thanks for your question. I have taken a look inside Spokes software and there is nothing I can see that would produce a DeviceState_RemovePending.
Spokes seems only concerned with and able to generate "DeviceState_Added" and "DeviceState_Removed".
In order to investigate further could you let us know, which version of Spokes you are using, and which version of the Spokes SDK you are using?
Perhaps you could supply a code snippet from your integration that illustrates how you are using the Spokes API? I could then try your code segment in a sample app here and see if I can reproduce.
Finally I have put together a little sample code illustrating the same thing. Could you build and run it on your system and see if this sample also shows the strange RemovePending event on your system?
